Master Raspberry Pi in 30 days
From beginner to expert in Raspberry Pi.
Learn useful Linux skills and practice multiples projects with step-by-step guides.
How to become an expert on the Raspberry Pi?
The Raspberry Pi world is intriguing, with tons of fascinating projects in the news.
Most people think it’s nothing more than a tiny computer, and that it shouldn’t be that complicated.
Well, that’s where the problems start:
- So many models and accessories available, how to choose?
- What can or can’t be installed on it?
- What can I really do with it? How?
Every time we think we’ve found the answer to a question that was blocking us, we come across 10 new ones that prevent us from moving forward. This can be totally demotivating.
Often we have bought useless material, wasted a lot of time on different websites and forums and the expected results are still not there.
As for building a house, the solution is not simply to copy and paste what you have seen elsewhere. We must first make sure that our foundations are solid, then add bricks one by one, in a very precise order, in order to obtain the desired result.
This digital book follows exactly this analogy.
Let me guide you through this 30 days challenge, starting with the basics and adding new concepts each day. With a minimum of work on your part, you’ll progress easily, regardless of your current level.
If you really want to progress on Raspberry Pi, this is the only way.
Read this book carefully, experiment on your own and in a month all your problems will be a distant memory.

Who am I?
Hi, my name is Patrick Fromaget!
I’m a graduate of a computer science school.
I then started my career as a web developer, before specializing in system administration.
I’ve always been passionate about computers and have been managing Linux servers for over 15 years.
In 2018, I launched the RaspberryTips.com website to share my passion for the Raspberry Pi and especially to help others progress.
Since that day, nearly 200 tutorials have been written on the site, in a wide variety of topics.
The site has quickly found its audience, with a growing success since the first months. I even launched a YouTube channel about it in 2020, to help those who need to see stuff visually to figure it out.
2020 also marks the publication of my first book (this one) and the launch of the site in French, my native language, on which I try to share the same things with the French community.
